Can I ask for some direction? Beyond the physical education and health studies in school, I don't really know what to do to lose weight.

I(20f, 5'5", 140lbs.) would like to lose weight to be a tad healthier. I realize I have a healthy BMI as far as numbers go, but I'm really quite ... jiggly. I'm sorry, that's the best way I know how to describe it. I recently had a baby, and am not suffering any complications like diastasis recti.

Even with a healthy BMI as far as numbers go, I have a thinner, curvy body structure. At the peak of my health, I was a lean 120, and healthy. I don't know why, but I'm shrinking in height, and have been since grade school. I am 4" shorter than I was when I got my license at 15. I'm also 25lbs heavier, which is apparent in my core, arms and thighs. Where do I begin? What do I do?
