Can hunger make it hard to sleep?

I have been on a low carb diet for about two weeks now, maintaining around 1700 calories per day with exercise daily. I have lost a visible amount (probably water) but I am happy with the direction it is going. I also IF from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

However, since starting this whole regimine I.Just. Can't. Sleep. Anymore. It has been nearly 10 days and it is killing me. I tried doing my exercises right before bed to make me sleepy, but it didn't work, so now I just do them in the morning. I am sure if I had a huge meal I would be sleeping but that would go against everything I am trying to do here. I tried warm baths, soft music, turning off the lights, turning off my phone, EVERYTHING. Should I just IF until 10 a.m. and that's it?
