So these are my stats : 99kg/218lbs , 1.77cm/5.8ft
I tried the 500kcal a day diet for 4 days but after reading a lot about how unsafe it is, I quit it.
Now I'm in dilemma because for every diet I find on the internet I also find as much negative comments about that diet, for every trainer YT video that recommends me something I find another trainer that strictly recommends me not to try that.
So, I have a few questions

- What should my calories deficit be if these are my stats on the calculator ( https://imgur.com/a/iokZlri ) ?
- Are there any specific foods I shouldn't eat? I know there are carbs,proteins,fats and all that but I'm not sure in what measure should I implement each one of them into my diet and what am I supposed to keep away from?
- Am I going to lose weight faster in the beginning because of the fact that I'm overweight A LOT compared to someone who is overweight just a little ?
- How much of cardio a day should I do and are "HIIT" workouts good for someone like me?
- I know patience is important with this one BUT how often should I weigh myself and also how often should I expect results and how much?
