Hello everyone. I'm 30M 178cm (5'10"), in the past I've gone from 119Kg (262lb) to 99Kg (218lb).
About a year ago I met my SO and let myself go. Now I'm not sorry in the least. I gained back and a bit more and I'm currently 124Kg (273lb). However I can honestly say the last year has been the best of my life. Found the most amazing woman that I plan to spend my life with, made new experience and yes ate tasty but fatty food.
We are both overweight although my BMI is now nearing the 40s (So is at 31). Health is important and with a family in the planning it's also important that I stay happy an healthy for a long time.
We both want to start together with the deadline being the coming Sunday (I know you always start today but our shopping day is Sunday).
What I'd love is to hear so tip from couples that have gone through this together. What were you challenges? How did you overcome them? Do's and don'ts? And mentally how is it different from doing it alone?
A somewhat eliminating factor is shes taller than me so our calorie intake is actually almost identical and with an average of one meal per day together (dinner) eating similarly isn't a big issue currently.
