I didn't really start trying to lose weight until this year, I started going to the gym eating better in January 2018.
Before that first picture i was heavier but i don't have any pictures of that. I was 125kg (276lbs) and that was the last time i stepped on a scale until i started losing weight.
I started this year at 111.3kg (245lbs) and I'm down to 81.1kg (179lbs)
I have some loose skin but it's so worth it to finally be at a healthy weight, my life has improved in so many ways. I'm so much more outgoing and people are much nicer to me. My knees don't hurt anymore, I can do all the physical activities I was too embarrassed to do before. I've been going rock climbing with some friends and there is absolutely no way I would have done that before.
What I ate
It's different each day. I just aim to eat 160g of protein a day and not go over 2000 calories.
2000 calories is like an 800 calorie deficit.
Breakfast is usually a protein shake and banana after the gym. For lunch I'll have chicken, rice, and vegetables, or sometimes I'll get subway for a treat. Chicken tikka footlong from subway is 60g protein and is like 650 calories with no sauce. Ill usually get double meat aswell, making it around 900 calories.
Then dinner changes everyday, just whatever I'm feeling really. Usually aim to have some more chicken and carbs.
The only thing I've been strict on is calories and protein. Outside of that I eat whatever I want. /r/loseit has helped me so much.
I go to the gym 6 times a week and do a PPL program from the /r/Fitness subreddit.
My lifts aren't very high
Lifting stats
Bench press (90kg/198 lbs for 5 reps)
Squat (120kg/264 lbs for 5 reps)
Deadlift (125kg/275lbs for 5 reps)
Edit: I'm 180cm/ 5ft 11
