Hi everybody! I’m pretty new to reddit and this is my first post ever (I’m a bit nervous aha so I may make some mistakes aha) Recently something a bit traumatic happened to my family and although I’m not depressed or anything I’ve gained back the weight I lost and a few pounds more as a result to stress/sad eating. Even when I’m full I just want to keep eating and I become easily tired when working-out which never happened before. I was wondering if anyone had advices to share, workout plans, or alternatives to eating when stressed/sad? Also if there is any workout playlist u recommend I can follow on Spotify would b amazinggg! Thank you in advance!!(:
