Hi guys, my starting weight is 260 pounds and i already lost around 40 pound these past 14 months.
My fitness journey is still far away as my goal is to be around 170 pounds and currently i am facing some problems.
I’ve lost my diet track for a month(no exercise) as the weather here is raining almost everyday and i am fully depends on jogging as my ‘ritual’ exercise.
Last month is hard for me , i lost my motivation, i eat almost everything, started drinking carbonated drinks, consume oily products, junk foods and all.
But today, i started jogging around 2 miles and need to keep consistent again. It’s really hard for me to start again but i am trying real hard to keep back on track. Do pray for me.
