Hi there! I was so glad to find this sub! Some background - always struggled with my weight, been actively try to lose weight for about a year and a half and went down from 201lb to 168lb (I’m 5’7). It’s been slow because of several relapses with bulimia setting me back for a little while and having to get back into a healthier mindset each time. The bulimia has been better for 4 months or so, and I’m eating pretty well and exercising a lot (I walk 6miles a day for work and do 2-3 exercise classes, some weights and yoga every week), but my weight has just seemed to plateau. It’ll vary about +/- 2lb from 168, but won’t budge past that. Any tips to just get the scales moving again?
Oh also - I have my final exams for uni in 2 1/2 weeks and so the stress is pretty high right now!
