Hello (21/F/5’0/121lbs)
I have just returned from a month long holiday which was a blast. I always go on hiking holidays, but I didn’t actively lift any weights. I went on holiday at 119lbs and I wasn’t expecting to return with much weight gained. However, during the trip I got the worst flu I’ve ever had and dropped to 115lbs within a week . This weight stayed off until I returned home and began weight lifting again, from that point on my weight just seems to be going up.
I am back to the diet I had before the holiday, which is 1245 calories a day, I lift weight 4 days a week, I do active cardio once a week and walk for 5 miles a day. I’ve been back to this for 3 weeks and my weight is stuck at 121 for no reason, this is 2lbs gained for no reason.
I don’t know what’s going on so any help would be appreciated.
Before anyone comments that I haven’t been counting my calories correctly, I’ve been counting calories for years and I weight all my food.
