30 Day Accountability Challenge- Day 7

It's hump day today! We're more than halfway through the week. I had a sudden change of plans when my husband came home to get lunch with me and we ended up getting pizza. I'm proud of how I handled it... I decided to keep half the pizza for dinner and we'll have a leftovers night for dinner tonight. So I should still be within my Calorie goal. Went grocery shopping, did the laundry, and got our Christmas cards ordered so it was a pretty productive day. And even had some time to run dungeons with my Elder Scrolls Online friends too.

Weight: 136! 136.0! That's a new low. I'm really happy I'm tackling this weight problem now while I'm job searching because it means my interview clothes are no longer uncomfortably tight on me. Also, why is my weight usually drastically lower after I had a bad night's sleep?

Calories: Ended yesterday at 1571 approximately. Didn't exactly measure the spaghetti and homemade tomato sauce that we had for dinner last night but the proof is in the pudding I guess since I had a big whoosh I must not have been too far off?

Steps: Ended yesterday at 15068. One of these days I will not have to go jog in place or pace around my room at the end of the night to get to my step goal. Yesterday was not that day.

Let's hear it from all of you now... how was your Wednesday? We're already almost 25% done with November! The days are flying by so fast. How have you been doing with your goals? Finding that things aren't working and need to tweak something? Wanting to add or remove goals as circumstances change?
