After many months as a lurker I decided to create an account so I could create a realm of accountability with like-minded individuals. I am 28 F. SW:172lbs CW: 169 lbs GW:135 lbs.
I was/am a fast food addict. I would eat it 2-3 times a day almost everyday. I wasn’t even being adventurous in my fast food meal, I just liked that it was convenient and I knew what I was getting. In an effort to change my lifestyle habits I decided to try and not eat any fast food for 2 weeks. Today, I have doubled that goal. 28 days of cooking, and eating more filling and healthy meals. Hopefully I’ll be able to keep it up, but I just wanted to share with y’all. :)
