Calories in alcohol for the day
I wasn't feeling hungry since I went out for lunch, so I decided to break out the la fin du monde. After I did my best to estimate the calories in beer, Cronometer says I have consumed 25% of my calories in alcohol. Time to ruin my 7-day averages!...
I'll probably have a snack later tonight and make that % go a bit down. I just thought it was funny, and now that I've been recording calories for a little while, I finally can estimate how many calories are in (delicious) beer.
