Maintenance is terrifying. Someone help me.

I'm a 36 year old woman and 5'6". 7 months ago I weighed 178lbs with a goal weight of 150, thinking I could never achieve it. I'm currently 134lbs and very happy with my weight.

I first went into maintenance calories at 140lbs. 1600 calories a day. I still lost 3.5lbs that month. Which took me to around 136lbs.

For the past two months I've been eating around 1800 calories a day and have still lost, albeit small amounts, the last two months. 1lb this month and 3/4lb last month. 1800 calories a day seems like a lot for a woman my age. I'm so scared that one day I'll wake up and have gained 10lbs.

I track my weight daily with libra and still enter all of my calories on MFP.

What does maintenance look like? I don't think I have a high metabolism. I'm not young. I don't lift weights (I want to start, work has been rough)

Someone help me? Logically, on paper, it looks like I'm doing it right but I still feel like I'm eating too much.
