Lunch: 125 gram of cow milk, One piece of tomato, One piece of rusk



Dinner: 125 gram of boiled beef, Two piece of tomatoes, One piece of apple, One piece of rusk



E. Fifth Day



Breakfast: Eat one fresh fruit such as; melon, pear, orange or watermelon but not eat grape or banana.



Lunch: 125 gram of boiled fish/meat, One piece of tomato , One piece of rusk



Dinner: 0.5 kg of boiled vegetables such as; potato, peas and carrot



F. Day six and day seven
