Don't forget this. Compliment yourself. Be confident in the things you excel in, whether that be your attitude or personality or organizational skills or being kind and caring. If you're funny, creative or a good listener. Maybe you have ridiculously good looking eyes or long eyelashes. You're a good person with a lot to offer.. Your weight and looks are a single part of a much greater bundle of things you have to offer as a person.
Just wanted to throw this out there. Really helps keep things in perspective when you find yourself putting too much value into your weight and looks. You could be your ideal weight and look great but if you put emphasis on those things alone you won't find happiness in who you are.
