Its 4am, I put my alarm on for 4am so I can work out today. Yesterday was easy, and to the stats guy, you are right. Its easy to give up right now. Its easy to lie back in bed and sleep until its time to get up for work. Its easy to pretend that this "one day" wont lead to others. Thats its a break.

Well, I want to thank everyone, especially those who gave me cold, hard facts. Because I know that if I only got praise yesterday for my first day doing something right, Id be under the covers dreaming about Tacos.

Please guys, this update isnt a "look at me!" Its a "don't fuck yourself over." Type of post. Its a warning that yes, you will feel like shit some days. Its only my 2nd day and I feel it. But, I am sure I'll feel much better doing something and reaching my goal today than laying in bed and regretting it.

Be an outliar guys.
