Yesterday was just not my day

So i have been working out for about three weeks now i started at 315 and everything went great the first two weeks i lost 12 lbs but this week i havent lost a pound. Yesterday tho i had a horrible day at work then it carried over to when i left, just nothing was goin my way and i didnt have time to go to the gym. Well i went to bed and when i woke up this morning i weighed myself after being 301 the day before i weighed in at 305 i gained 4 lbs in a day. Idk how but it really bums me out. Last thing i wanted to say is alot of u guys on here and r/progresspics have motivated me to finally lose the weight
