What is a healthy, achievable goal for 4 weeks?

I guess I am just asking this because I am getting very anxious Xmas is coming and I have not reached my Goal weight and losing weight is getting slower. I’ve lost about 9kg, would have liked to lose another 3 by now.

I want to be ok with this I know it’s a long term endeavour but my head wants to go “ok you can only eat 1200 calories for the next 4 weeks and you must exercise twice a day”.

BUT I want to do this right and healthily but I have lost sense of what an achievable goal is. I am burning myself out at this rate and I need to chill and do it right.

I am 162cm (5’3” I think?), I fluctuate between 68-70kg (randomly I can change 2 kg overnight fucking yay), I am about 29% body fat. I train most days, sometimes twice I just love exercising (thinner leaner stronger program plus cardio or HIIT). I can’t really eat below 1400 cal a day otherwise I binge eat and then there’s all the mental health shit that comes with the guilt and self hate so best not to restrict too much.

Can someone please help me out with how many calories I should eat for an appropriate fat loss goal for 4 weeks?

God I just want to love myself for who I am right now why is this so hard.

Thanks in advance I do appreciate the support.
