I want to lose weight, but I'm terrified of starting (not sure why).
So I want to focus on making myself healthier and not the weight. As in - drink mostly water instead of sugary stuff, get a good sleep schedule and find an activity/sport that I actually like.
I've had some bad experiences with sports which led to me doing absolutely nothing when it comes to activity/movement/sports, but now that I am a lot better mentally, I want to find something for me.
Now the problem is - I get utterly winded when I walk up the stairs. And I absolutely hate doing sports in groups (not all mental blockage has been dealt with), so it's hard to find something to start with.
I've been thinking maybe just taking a longer walk everyday, and when that is easier, try to jog at least a part of that way?
Do you have any suggestions or tipps for me?
