I had lurked r/loseit and r/progresspics for a long time and am in awe of some of the transformations. Its amazing what our bodies can achieve with hard work and dedication. Shout out to all the helpful tips and success stories. Im 29, 5'9" and had a baby a year ago. I've never been "petite". I was 180lbs in highschool and my weight hasn't been under 200lbs since I was 19. After having a baby I was determined to shed the weight and never gain it back. It started with a CodeRed 45 day challenge. I would have been happy with losing 10lbs or 20lbs at that point, but ended up losing 120 between July 6 2017 and July 7 2018. I feel incredible! No exercising, just eating clean. I cut out all processed food, no more than 12 carbs a day and no sugars (except berries). I drank 128oz of water a day and melted. I went from a size 22 to a 10 in 7 months. Clothes shopping has never been more fun. Today, I weigh 160lbs. I'm freaking 20lbs lighter than I was when I was 18!!!
