Tips on keeping a concurrent gym scheduled / gym motivation.

Hello everyone, I have recently decided I need to get back into the gym and lose the extra weight I am carrying around my CW: 280 and GW: 220. Due to full time college and working 20+ hours a week I can find it hard to get into the gym / motivate myself to go to the gym in my little free time. The days I plan on going to the gym are currently Tuesday, Wednesdays and Sundays. These are the days I don't work. The only thing I am afraid of happening is that I will get consumed with HW / lack of motivation due to everything going on in life and falling out of the habit of going to the gym. I guess my question is what can I do to stay motivated to keep going back to the gym.
