Those of you who seriously lacked discipline - how did you change?

I want to lose weight, be more healthy and productive, but I'm also extremely lazy and lack discipline in many ways.

I do write down my goals daily, I even make my bed and keep my room tidy every day, but that's about it. I always find myself procrastinating, eating junk, not moving, and spending too much time on my computer watching stupid "inspirational" videos from perfect-looking girls showing off their "perfect" life/routine/whatever.

Okay, clearly, I'm a jealous byotch lol. But I really want to change! I know a lot of people struggle with the same thing.

But a lot of you also succeeded and are now sharing your amazing results on this subreddit. I tip my hat to you, but how did you do it? How did you develop the discipline to not binge, to be more active, and to change your lifestyle? How did you develop self-control when you didn't use to have it?

Please share your advice, I just need a little pick me up because I just had another unintentional binge. :)
