“The diet starts Monday”

So, I lost 30 lbs and met my goal weight range. I’ve been happily maintaining and everything has been good. Yay!

However, this weekend, I was in a musical, and between going out after the shows and the cast party, I ate like there’s no tomorrow. I probably gained about 2 pounds of fat and another 5 pounds of water weight going well outside my range and... it’s okay. I know I’ll have to lose the weight, and it’s okay. I know I have the willpower and the ability to lose weight. I’m starting from a “high” weight I used to only dream of. I’m scared to see what the scale will say tomorrow, but I know I have the ability to change the output. My “diet” starts tomorrow, but my lifestyle has already been changed.
