Hi guys! I’ve followed this sub for awhile but never really posted because I loved how inspiring you all are and thought maybe one day I’ll try to be healthier!
So I started today. (Ish, first day at the gym today and watching what I eat, but I stopped drinking pop yesterday!)
I’m not suuuuper overweight, like maybe 10-15 pounds and the weight really doesn’t look bad on me because of my curves, but I’ve been eating a lot of fast food and kind of realized my waist isn’t as small as it was and while I wasn’t gaining weight, I was getting round (lol)
My boyfriend is very fit and very into the gym, so he’s been very good at motivating me and asks me to send him a Snapchat at the gym as proof/accountability that I went, because I was always talking about how I want to start going to the gym!
We both decided to stop drinking pop on Monday too, which is getting to me today because I drink a lot of Coke Zero and I’ve got a caffiene withdrawal headache, and I don’t drink coffee or tea sooo
But I’m excited!
I want to keep my curves though, I don’t necessarily want to ~lose weight~ but just get in shape!
