So today is the first day of my health journey, I’m hoping that posting on here will help me stay on track. I’m a 20 yo female and my sw is 318, my gw is 180, so I have 138 lb to go. I have a pretty sedentary job, so I try to make up for it outside of work, but I’m not the greatest at remembering to exercise, and usually if I do remember I have a really hard time getting the energy to actually do it. For now my goal is to get 10,000 steps a day, if not more. I’ve been reading through the page and one of the things I’ve noticed is that slowly cutting out bad things from your diet is the most helpful, so my goal for this week is to cut out fast food. I already drink mainly water, the only thing I drink besides that is my morning coffee with creamer. I’ve been struggling with my weight my entire life, I have more hope this time because this time I’m sharing my goals and I’m asking my boyfriend to help me, I know it’s not his job to hold me accountable, I’m just hoping that having him as a lose it buddy will help keep me on track, any advice would be appreciated.
