Started tracking yesterday, did starting weight today

I've lost weight before. I've lost a lot of weight before. It's never stuck. But I'm done waiting for Monday or January 1st or "the right time." I'm going to focus on making small changes and letting those add up. Right now, my small change is tracking what I eat and staying within a calorie goal. I know myself well enough that this alone will motivate me to make more meals at home and healthier meals at home. The lowest I have been as an adult was 170. I felt and looked really good at that weight and want to get down to a range of 150-170, with 150 being my Ultimate Goal™. "Healthy BMI" range for my height (5'3") is less than that, but based on what I looked like at 170, I think I'd be skeletal at 125. Who knows! Maybe I'll get there one day! I've been lurking on this sub for a while and am going to try to participate more, as the posts in here are very motivating. So hello to my fellow losers! I'm glad to finally be here.
