Hey guys! I've come to the realization that if I'm supposed to eat the same thing every single day I'm going to be hitting the burrito bar at Whole Foods instead during lunch real quick. The most common meal prep thing I see is rice, chicken, and broccoli- I can do that once in a while, if I have to, but with pretty much no degree of regularity because it's insanely bland. I'd like to mix it up a lot more, lower calorie healthier options but with variety. I'm thinking a base like chicken or beef for the week, but then doing different things with it each day so it's not SO awful. Ideas and advice on this?? I've got an instant pot, a crock pot, an oven, you name it it's probably around my kitchen, so, whatever recipes or ideas you have to throw at me I'm game. I just need to lose some weight and get healthier and know meal prep's a great way to, but really, really hate bland food every day.
