Need dietary advice, and suggestions.

Hello all! First post here! (Age:23 sex:M height:6 ft. Sw:273lbs. cw: 275lbs. gw:190lbs.) So I haven’t been good to my body for quite while, or ever really.. but after a blood pressure scare I’ve been motivated to work out. I’ve been keeping at it for a few weeks and I’m try to get my diet just right. I’ve been eating well lately at a 500-600 calorie deficit(about 2500 calories a day), but my protein intake is about 200g a day. I’ve been reading up on how to continue muscle growth in a cut, and I keep seeing that I need 1.25-1.5x my body weight in grams of protein, and I’m unsure how I could consume that much, so I was wondering if that is accurate, and if so how do go about consuming that much protein efficiently? It seems as though I’m gaining muscle rapidly right now but that was bound to happen. Any advice helps thanks!
