See tl;dr at bottom.
As a dude who does enjoy being active, I have limited knowledge when it comes to a woman's body and what should or should not be considered healthy. She wants to get healthier for a while now, but I am not too knowledgeable when it comes to what steps a woman should take or a program to follow. She has a really thin upper body with 80% of her fat probably resting between her stomach and thighs (more her thighs and butt). At the same time, I feel like 132 is a healthy weight, and having her lose more could be detrimental to her health.
Far as her body fat% goes, we used the Omron Handheld device. I know they are not accurate, so I usually put a +/- 4% on each result. Her reading returned 33% when testing at different times and days (6 times total). So even if she is 29%, it still feels like she is flirting with that danger zone.
So tl;dr: Wife has high body fat and large amount in thighs/butt area. But she also only weighs 132. What steps or pgraom should we take in help reducing the fat?
