near snacks at work and struggling with energy, advice please

My weight has been up and down over the last 4 years, from healthy to just in the obese category. I know it's not the be-all-and-end-all but my current BMI is 25.7 and I'm 66kg. I've recently decided to have soups for lunch at work and take fruit as snacks, I was having sandwiches/wraps. But I just end up craving carbs/sugar/fatty foods. And the office biscuit (cookie) tin is right by my desk. I've never been one to have massive binges, but it's probably a few too many treats that got me where I am from being a healthy weight. And if I think about the calories, then I think how one or two biscuits won't make a difference. If I manage to just have one, resist them or the tin is empty, my stomach will be growling by the time I finish work.

I've also found I've had a lack of energy/motivation over the last few months. I have started a full time, permanent job, which might be the cause of it. Plus it's gotten really cold outside now. I get the train to work. So I'm not getting much exercise...

Any advice?
