Major Rant: Water retention this time round is PISSING ME OFF

I have been so good the past week, with CICO 1200 AND ending the week with a slight deficit after a long long time.

I was sailing smooth on CICO the past few months without moving a finger. My lowest was 62.8 kg. I am projected to hit my goal, 60kg in exactly a month from now.

So I wanted to power through the last month with some exercise. I started swimming the past week (45 min, 5X) and NOT eating back my calories burned.

What do you have it- the loss has stopped. The hunger pangs have increased.

It has been exactly a week since, all I see on my scale is 63, 64 and even 65. My rate of loss dropped from 0.8 to 0.3 in Happy Scale and I have not seen my lowest since I started the exercise.

I'm pissed. It is difficult for me to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I ate at maintenance yesterday and the day before. So pissed.

Also, the last time I went swimming, I was 13 kg heavier. I used to be out like a light at nights. BUT I think I have more stamina now so it takes me quite some time to fall asleep. Ugh.

Exercise, why are you being so difficult with me?

How long do I wait to tide this over? :/

Tl;Dr: Started Exercise to reach finish line like a boss but ended up feeling hungrier and retaining water, demotivating me like a boss.
