Hello! This is my first post :)
Its time that I buckle down and really start to try to lose weight.
I'm 5'7, 165lbs, 22 years old. I used to be thin and lean, but between college and my hypothyroidism and some personal stuff that went away.
I spoke to my doctor and I need to be on a low carb diet. I also cant have red meat and tree nuts (makes me sick), and I have to cut out dairy and gluten (yikes). I dont know how many grams of carbs I should be consuming per day, and anytime I try to find a calculator it's all keto, and I dont want to be that low carb. Any suggestions for one?
And any suggestions for food or meals? Pretty much looks like I'm going to be eating eggs chicken and veg, so any other suggestions or ways to spice that up would be fantastic. Friday is my day one!
