Lost 20 pounds, gained back 14

Hi everyone! This is my first post here. Sorry for formatting, im on mobile. A few months ago I started trying to lose weight. I started at 180 pounds, got down to 160, and as of today I am at 174. This has been a rough couple months, and I can say I let my good habits go hence the weight gain. I am 22 f , 5 ft 3 , my sw was 180, goal weight is 135 and current weight is 174.

So I guess Im looking for advice, help, motivation, etc. I need to get back on track but have been feeling a lot more hungry than usual lately. How should I start back on track? Next week I start a very physically demanding job so I hope that will help me with being more active.
