I got a new job and my partner bought us pizza to celebrate. Normally I would say fuck it and eat the whole thing and screw my calories - food as a reward, a good thing has happened, right? Which then move into me saying well, I've already ruined today, and I would binge eat everything sweet in the pantry.
I calculated half the pizza (a thin base, veg pizza) would still have me just under my calories for the day. I ate half and put the rest in the fridge and logged in mfp that I would have it for dinner on Monday night. The amount of willpower it took was ridiculous but I'm super proud. I've gained a few kg in the last 2 months out of using food as a crutch for stress so this is a very big NSV.
