I'm getting a bit desperate here, and thought that maybe i could ask on here if anyone has similar trouble.
I started out at 228 lbs at my highest wheight and am down to 197 lbs.(Male, 5'11") Normally I'd celebrate , but my body is groaning, and I'm just kinda miserable day in day out. I started out over the summer eating 1200 calories with intermittent fasting, and having frequent cheat days as well as vacations where I'd ignore my diet. Normally 1200 would be low, but like i said, i was never keeping to that perfectly. When i returned to college i increased to 1600 calories roughly with cheat days and some multivitamins. Over the course of the semester my health has declined. I've had joint pains for years, and have seen at least 12 doctors over the years. Ever since my wheight loss, it's all gotten worse, and to boot my hair has started falling out. I'm in worse health then some 80 year olds, at only 21. The doctors are stumped, and don't think my diet is the issue, even though my calorie restriction was high. The past 3 weeks I've stopped dieting just in case without improvement. I have elevated calcium in my blood, but my thyroid doctor doesn't think I have thyroid disease, and my joint doctors don't think I have arthritis.
Honestly I'm sort of regretting losing the wheight, as this isn't a good quality of life.
Tldr:Ever since my wheight loss, my health has declined steadily. It's probably not being caused by my diet, but it's not helping either.
