So I took a body scan analysis on Sept 11. Following two months of sporadic (maybe 3 workouts a week) F45 training, I decided to take another body scan (so to not track myself via scale). It turns out I increased in body fat percentage?! Just to clarify, my body scan was done via BodPod which, I think, measures volume. (I’m now debating its accuracy). The good thing is that I have taken progress pics and I think I can tell a positive difference. What are your thoughts regarding the increase in body fat percentage? Is it a change in muscle composition as in I am getting denser muscle? Is the scan wrong? Thanks for your help, I’m just feeling discouraged because I have been working so hard the past two months and wanted some numbers to show for it.
