I've tried CICO again and again, but I can't seem to stay on track anymore.
I'm dealing with depression, sometimes I have a week or two with CICO, but without fail there will be a day where I realise how pointless all of this is. And then I revert back to overeating and hating myself.
And before you say "take time, get help for yourself first " that's what I've done already, I've been to therapy and it didn't help. I've been taking antidepressants for nearly a year already and it hasn't helped a bit.
So, tbh I don't really know what I hope to achieve with this post, I guess I'd like to hear other peoples experiences and advice.
