Height and Weight: 6'4 400lbs ---> 6'6 200~220

Age: 18 to ~20

Diet: I started out counting calories but I found it pointless and stopped. I believe a diet where you have to count calories is not a suitable diet. Instead I increased my consumption of starchy foods such as Rice, potatoes, oatmeal and increased how much fruit I ate. I gave up all vegetable oil. I ate 4-8oz of red meat at night for the most part.

Typical day: Breakfast: Oatmeal with fruit and some sugar. Lunch: Usually doing stuff so either none, or some rice, potatoes. Dinner: 4-8oz of Beef chuck with potatoes, carrots, and cabbage.

Exercise:

Squat: Bodyweight ---> 315x5 I use to fall backwards when I tried squatting the free weight bar.

Deadlift: 135x8 ---> 345x5

Incline Bench Press: 135x8 ---> 225x5

Shoulder press seated: 95x5 --->175x5

Weighted chin ups: 0 ---> 50lbs 5 reps

Routine: Upper Lower Off Upper Lower Off Off

Upper 1: Heavy Incline Bench 4x5 , lighter shoulder press 4x5 , heavy chin ups 5x5 , lateral 3x12 raises, rear delt pulls 3x12.

Lower 1: Heavy Deadlift 3x5, lighter squat 5x5, lighter Front Squat 3x10

Upper 2, Lower 2: I don't Deadlift on lower 2. For everything else just Switch the Heavy/Lighter.
