So for the last 8 week I've been going to a I'd say a pretty hardcore fitness class,3 times a week. This summer,I guess the combo of me starting to take bc pills and eating out a bit more made me gain 10lbs.Mind you I'm 17 and I eat shit all the time but would always stay the same weight-143lbs,height-5'7".I'd eat chocolate,sandwhiches,baked goods and drink soda daily.And my weight would never fluctuate.
I think this is because of bc but I could be wrong because I don't understand how I can gain weight on a 1400-1500 cal diet with exercise. Yes,I have a cheat meal once a week but if that's what's killing my progress then I might as well stay fat and be miserable for the rest of my life.
