So I’ve been eating at a calorie deficit for 2 months now and finally hit a 30lb loss on Halloween. I do eat out a lot but I’ve stayed under calories this whole time and lost weight doing so. Well past 4 days I was out of town and snacked a lot, but logged everything and only went over once. I worked out 2 of those 4 days. I’ve been drinking plenty water and I come home to see I’ve gained 7lbs 😩 I know I need to be eating cleaner, but I thought that even if I was eating like sh*t I could still lose if I was at a deficit..there’s no way you can have 7lbs of water weight lol. I’m feeling hopeless and like such a huge mess up. Wouldn’t I have had to be eating over calorie limit to gain that much??? I’m logging everything correct, no different than I have the past 2 months
