I have had a few days of not eating according to my normal routine, to top it off, I got an injury which prevents me from going to the gym. I have also stopped my intermittent fasting but I’m shocked as to how I’ve gained this much in just a week! Have I ruined my metabolism that I fuck up for a few days and I gain weight so fast when it’s so hard to lose weight?
How is gaining so much in a few days possible? I’m so crushed. I hate myself for not having self control. I’ve lost so much progress.
What do I do? I’m going back to my “normal” diet today of eating 1200 calories. Mind you, I always fell below this, I’m sure. Maybe I have ruined my metabolism.
How do I fix it?
