Hello, I am a 23yo female, 5’7. I weigh 165 pounds.
Growing up, I was so skinny and active, but after high school (of course) I gained weight. And today has been my breaking point for personal reasons. I want to get back down to my healthy weight of 135 lbs.
My only question is, how? I struggle the most with controlling my food intake. I am constantly hungry and bland food makes me sick. I should include that I do struggle with anxiety and mild depression, which holds me back from a lot of my goals. I work and go to school full time so I am constantly tired or busy and it is really frustrating that I keep making excuses for myself. I want to change.
Has anyone had a similar experience? How can I lose that weight? I am desperate for motivation. Thank you.
