So I've been losing weight for 4 weeks and lost 14lbs with which I am more than happy. However last weekend I broke my hand in a drunken stupor and since have been feeling my will slip away. I've eaten rubbish, drank pop and barely left the house. I kno the simple answer is get over it and carry on, but I'm really struggling.
I started running, the couch to 5k. Took me 3 weeks before I could do the first week properly, but I did it. Now I can't run because each step jars right through my hand and really hurts me. I really don't know what to do with myself. I feel like I've put on another 10lbs, completely undoing my work. Any words of wisdom, tough love or anything would be greatly appreciated
