I ate whatever I wanted yesterday and I think my portion control has improved!!

Yesterday I was feeling really out of it. I wasn’t feeling well, I was dizzy, tired, sad, and stressed from work. I decided to take a break from my phone and logging the food I was eating.

Instead of looking everything I wanted to eat in MFP before deciding to eating it, I just measured how much of the food I put on my plate and recorded the measurement of what I was eating on a notepad. And this morning I took my notepad and logged it all into MFP expecting the worst

My TDEE is about 1900ish and I try to eat 1200-1500 every day. Yesterday I ate Chinese food my fiancé ordered, ate whatever I wanted, had a beer with friends at the end of the night... and only ate 1569 calories!!

Had nowhere to share this, but it’s a big deal to me!!! I am horrible with portions and I’m very happy I’m learning to do better, even on shitty days.
