Hello! I'm slowly trying to lose weight (19, F, 82kg) and I eat relatively healthy meals, I usually have a wrap and some fruit for lunch and make my own dinner meals, and I always incorporate plenty of veggies and buy lots of fruit to snack on, drink enough water but the one thing that always stops me is I can't stop buying unhealthy snack foods! I have a sweet tooth and can't help buying chocolate, energy drinks, candy, chips etc... (I especially love drinking coke, red bull etc) I always write out a list of what I need to buy but when I'm actually there it changes depending on if my favourite snacks are on special!
Also I relatively keep fit (housekeeper at a hotel, make 9000 - 10000 steps in a day) and will probably sign up to a gym and do a few workouts a week.
So I was just needing help on how you stop snacking craving, and stopping yourself from buying unhealthy stuff all the time! Thank you!
