Having trouble once month into CICO

I’ve stayed around my goal of 1300 kcal a day for the past month and I’ve gone down from 220 to 206.7. These past few days have been super difficult though, and I didn’t log for most of them. My dad and his wife are in town for a few things so I went out to eat with them a few times and I feel like it’s ruined me. Being by myself at school has made it easy for me to just eat simple foods and not obsess over what I’m eating so much. But I just want to eat just to eat good food now, and it’s making me super upset, because I can’t control my cravings. I am supposed to go back home in a couple weeks for nearly two months and I feel like I’ll just blow back up. It sounds fucked up but just being around them makes me want to binge eat. My dad always makes dinner or we all go out to eat and I don’t know how to avoid that without seeming like I’ve got a stick up my ass. Has anyone else had to deal with weight regain when they go home for school breaks?? I want to be around my friends and family but I don’t want to gain 15 pounds again.
