I’m an 18 year old 4’9” girl and I just finished my final high school exams!
For some background info, I started wanting to lose weight and just be healthier in general about 4 months ago. I started at 52kg and then eventually went down to 47.5kg! My goal weight as of now is 45kg.
The issue is that now that during that period of my exams, I allowed my lifestyle to slip so that I could concentrate on studying and not worry. Over that time, I didn’t exercise much at all, I ate pretty spontaneously and stopped tracking my meals on my fitness pal and “treated myself” to food I wouldn’t normally eat.
It was good fun and I don’t regret it, but now I’m 49kg and I would like some tips on how to get back into my routine again.
P.S: I feel a tad bit defeated because in my mind I’m kind of going “what if I can’t lose the weight again?” so any support is greatly appreciated!
