When I graduated high school, like many other 18 year olds, I didn’t think I’d gain a lot of weight. But gradually over the 7 years I gained 45 pounds. I hate my weight. 180 pounds isn’t good on my 5’0” frame and the BMI says I’m obese. I’m tired of it and finally fed up. I’m motivated. So I started a couch to 5k app with my boyfriend. I’ve done the first day twice and my body hates me. But it’s a process, and I have good supportive people around me. The next struggle is food motivation. How do you get past the desire to eat EVERYTHING? I love food. I know this will be a serious problem in this endeavor.
