I am 21 years old, female, 5'8 ish SW 287 CW 255 so I'm down by 32 lbs total. My goal weight is around 130 lbs or so but my biggest worry is excess skin. I would rather be chubby (for example) 160 with no excess skin than 130 with excess skin, so I'm basically looking for any advice at what I can do now and going forward to prevent it. I'm hoping that because I'm young I have better chances of my skin going back to normal but I smoked for ~ 5 years which I've heard can mess with your skin elasticity. 157 lbs is a LOT of weight to lose without having any excess skin and i get overwhelmed by the thought of it because i should have started so much sooner before i let myself get this bad. I really don't want to get surgery for it either, because I watched a youtube video where this guy talked about the blood drains he had after his excess skin removal and i am very squeamish i couldn't handle that at all.
So any suggestions for non-surgical things i can do to prevent excess skin would be greatly appreciated
