Diet for losing muscle/bulk while losing weight?

Hi everyone,

I'm trans mtf and I've been wondering if there was a better way for me to lose muscle and bulk, especially upper body.

I started out at 200lb/90kg (5 months ago), currently at 151lb/69kg, with goal being <60kg, i'm 5'6. Initially i cut almost all carbs and kept a large calorie deficit. This meant that i basically ate veggies and protein. Many days i would just eat fish, which i believe is mostly protein. I also don't workout or gym, i just walk a bit every day.

I've been wondering, and trying to find research, but everything is about keeping muscle while losing weight. I want to lose muscle.

Is there anything diet wise that i can do to help lose muscle? aka, foods to avoid or foods to eat.
